Complete the Fruit Forager Index
Every Index tab, ticket payouts, crate exclusives, and late-game trophies explained.
The Index is Fruit Forager’s long-term checklist. Update 14 redesigned fruit tracking; Update 15 added a dedicated Crates tab; later Tourmaline patches piled on exclusives that only appear from Zone T seeds and Tourmaline Crate rolls. Completing the Index pays tickets, cosmetics, and bragging rights—and some Station D secrets literally require full Index progress.

Index tabs you must finish
1. Fruits
Discover every rarity band: Common through Mythic, plus Unique, Consumable, and Limited tags. Mythics such as Dread Dragonfruit, Angel Apple, and Kraken Kiwi sit behind Greater gates. Tourmaline-era lines include Tarap variants and crate-only Cacao / Pomegranate / Papaya plants—you must grow them, not only buy seeds.
2. Gear
Register backpacks, boots, gliders, bowls, and amulets as you equip or purchase them. Tourmaline pieces are mandatory for Zone T and for “own every upgrade” trophies.
3. Mutations
Natural set: Juicy, Golden, Rainbow. Weather: Wet, Moonlit. Special: Tourmaline (4×). Event: Frosty (Winter—may be unavailable; Index often allows “almost complete” without currently unobtainable Frosty). Use mutators and the Tourmaline Amulet to fill gaps (Mutations).
4. Furniture / paint
Wood and glass blocks, stairs, hedges, legendaries like Fireplace or Fountain, plus the full paint rack and remover. Fancy Furnishings is intentionally expensive—save it for post-level-25 income as Getting Started recommends.
5. Crates
Open and catalog Basic, Tech, and Tourmaline exclusives. Tourmaline Plant Pot and the three exclusive seed lines are the usual wall. Ticket summons (~750) and lever pits are the reliable farms.
Ticket strategy while indexing
Index milestones pay tickets. Community veterans swap a coin sell pad for a ticket sell / printer focus once Orders are stable so Index grinding funds Greater gates and crate summons simultaneously. Do not dump every ticket into Mines while Crates tab is empty—see Orders and Tickets and Mines.

Trophies after “five Index rewards”
Even after collecting the main Index trophies, endgame accounts still chase:
- Every Tourmaline Temple upgrade cap
- Every Enchantment Area slot and tablet (Enchantments)
- Every plot save slot around area/level 50 content
- Station D Index-complete plot skin podium
Treat Index completion as chapter one of prestige, not the finish line.
Quality-of-life tips
- Favorite fruits you still need (Favoriting Update) so they sort higher
- Keep storage pots for Order-demand rarities instead of panic-selling
- Log which levers you pulled so crate pits are not forgotten
- During content pauses (developer on Voxelia), Index is the best use of playtime
Common blockers
- Waiting for Frosty while it is disabled — skip and finish other tabs
- Selling Uniques needed for Tourmaline Amulet
- Ignoring Crates tab until “later,” then lacking pots for AFK
- Farming Forest after Mythic gates are open
Zone T fruits that only count when grown
Shop listings for Madu Tarap, Susu Tarap, and Tourmaline Tarap sit inside Zone T. Buy or find them, then make sure the Fruits tab ticks after you pick a harvested fruit—walking past the tree is not enough. Tourmaline Crate seeds for Cacao, Pomegranate, and Papaya lines behave the same way: plant, wait, pick, then check Index. Pair this with Tourmaline Zone temple upgrades so pot limits keep rising while you grind exclusives.
Session blocks for Index weeks
When the developer focuses elsewhere (community notes point at Voxelia 1.0), major Fruit Forager content may pause. Use that window for Index campaigns rather than waiting for new zones:
- Monday–Wednesday: fill one furniture paint rack and one mutation with the Amulet
- Thursday–Friday: Tourmaline Crate sessions via lever pits or 750-ticket summons
- Saturday: Admin Abuse for Limited/Unique gaps
- Sunday: Zone T Tarap + plot restock, then log tickets on Session Planner

Should I finish Crates or Mythics first?
Unlock Greater Mythics for coin, but keep spending some tickets on Tourmaline Crates so AFK pots are not your final bottleneck.
