FaultyMarkus Games scattered Tourmaline Stations A–D across the overworld, locked Zone T (Tourmaline Station T) behind a four-piece gear set plus lever puzzles, and tied exclusive Tourmaline Crates and Temple upgrades to that progression. This guide consolidates unlock order so you do not waste Unique fruits or tickets on the wrong shop.
Pair it with Gear Backpacks, Crates Index, Unlock Zones, and Latest Update (Update 16 Tourmaline line).
Why Tourmaline matters
- Best-in-slot gear — Tourmaline Bowl, Boots, Glider, and Amulet define carry, movement, and mutation odds.
- Zone T farm scaling — Tourmaline Temple sells plant-pot, mutator, and ticket-printer limit increases that double serious AFK income.
- Exclusive crates — Tourmaline Plant Pots (100% faster growth) and Cacao / Pomegranate / Papaya seeds only come from Tourmaline Crates.
- Index trophies — completing crates and Tourmaline fruits is required for full Index prestige cosmetics.

Station C warning
Bring Ember Glider. Falling into lava teleports you to spawn and wastes the Unique fruits you planned to spend. Practice the jump before carrying Mangosteen, Kiwano, Lychee, and friends in your bag.
Amulet perk
Equipped Tourmaline Amulet grants roughly a 10% chance to mutate picked fruit into the Tourmaline (4×) mutation—huge for Index mutation tabs and sell value. See Mutations.
Four-piece gear gate into Zone T
Community recipes require owning all four Tourmaline gear pieces. Aggregate costs commonly cited:
- About 1.3 million coins across pieces
- Unique / rare turn-ins such as Giant Kiwi, Lychee, Mangosteen, Kiwano, Bergamot Orange, Kigelia Worsboom (exact piece recipes vary—check each station UI live)
Do not sell Uniques needed for Station C until the Amulet is bought.
Levers and the Mystic Forest gate
- Pull every lever in Greater Zones and Tourmaline Stations (added with Zone 25 / Tourmaline patches).
- Reach the locked gate in Mystic Forest.
- Pass the secondary gate that checks Tourmaline gear ownership.
- Enter the fan elevator greeting Zone T.
Below the Tourmaline Crate near Zone T you may find a tunnel with a Tech Crate—loot both when you first unlock.
Inside Zone T — Tourmaline Temple
At the center shop (Tourmaline Temple) buy permanent farm upgrades:

Also look for Tourmaline Tarap / Madu Tarap / Susu Tarap fruit lines and Tourmaline Seeds (~15K) for plot experiments. Mythic trees can spawn in the zone—bring empty backpack space.
Ticket summons for Tourmaline Crates
A secret area in the fan elevator toward Zone T lets you spend about 750 tickets to force a Tourmaline Crate spawn. Only do this after Greater gates you care about are unlocked—tickets also buy Mines Coins and area access. Full drop table: Crates Index.
Recommended unlock order
- Finish Volcano income and Unique farming (Fast Leveling)
- Buy Station A Boots when coin-rich
- Secure Ember Glider, then Station C Amulet with Uniques
- Complete remaining Tourmaline pieces + all levers
- Enter Zone T, buy Temple pot limits before cosmetic flex
- Convert Tourmaline Crate pots into AFK rows (Plot AFK Farm)
Content freeze note
Community wiki notes that FaultyMarkus is focused on Voxelia 1.0, so Fruit Forager may receive fewer new zones until that ships. Use this quiet period to finish Index, Temple caps, and crate exclusives instead of waiting for another Tourmaline-sized drop.
